These terms apply when you use the JRcmo Brain, including getcmobrain.ai, the demo chat, the Claude plugin and skill, and the JRcmo Brain connector for ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools (together, "the Brain"). The Brain is provided by Joshua Ramsey, Fractional CMO (JRCMO), Dallas, Texas. By using it, you agree to these terms.

What the Brain is

The Brain gives your AI assistant Joshua Ramsey's marketing laws so it can apply them to your questions. Answers are generated by your AI assistant, not written by Joshua Ramsey personally.

Information, not a guarantee

The Brain is general marketing education. It isn't legal, financial, tax or other professional advice.
AI answers can be incomplete or wrong. Check important numbers and decisions before you act on them.
Marketing results depend on many things outside our control. We don't guarantee any specific result, revenue or number of leads.

Your use

You may use the Brain for your own business and for clients you advise.
You may not resell, republish or redistribute the laws or the Brain's content, scrape or copy the connector's content in bulk, or use the Brain to build a competing product, without written permission.
You may not overload, attack or interfere with the website or the connector.

Ownership

The JRCMO marketing laws, principles, strategies and playbooks, and the JRcmo Brain name and materials, are owned by Joshua Ramsey / JRCMO. All rights reserved. Your questions and your business information remain yours.

Free and paid versions

The Laws edition is free. We may change, add to or stop offering any free part of the Brain at any time. Purchases of the Full Brain are covered by the terms shown at checkout.

Third-party services

The Brain runs inside AI tools provided by other companies, such as OpenAI's ChatGPT and Anthropic's Claude. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of liability

The Brain is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, JRCMO and Joshua Ramsey aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any losses from decisions made using the Brain. Our total liability for any claim related to the Brain is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
